CAD/CAM Lab

A CAD/CAM lab is a specialized facility that is equipped with computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software and hardware tools.

This lab is used for teaching and learning purposes in various fields such as engineering, manufacturing, and product design.

The laboratory is equipped with the latest design and manufacturing software that can be used in designing and developing industrial products and conducting engineering analysis on their various components. Also, the laboratory is equipped with two high-speed computing clusters that can be used to analyze massive design data in a short time frame. In addition, the laboratory has several high-end computers that are used in product design development, improvement, and analysis activities.
